Cappuccino coffee

A coffee drink that originated from Viennese Coffee houses of the 1700s called “Kapuziner”. What constitutes a Cappuccino varies wildly from place to place, the popularized version usually consists of one-third espresso, one-third milk, and about one-third stiff milk foam, served in a heavy 6-ounce cup with chocolate, cinnamon or other spices sprinkled on top.

A great cappuccino is a delight available to discerning coffee lovers, right in their own kitchens.  It takes some practice with water, steam and foam, along with the right equipment on your countertop.  You’ll need an espresso machine with a built-in steaming wand.
